I’ll be signing copies of How to Sex Your Snake at the Tampa Indie Author Book Convention July 14th and 15th. If you’d like free tickets, you can get them until June 30th by clicking here. I’ll have a few book bags to give away too.
Now I’m off to my little booth by the bathroom in Panera Bread to work on June’s next misadventure due out in September!
So I’m sitting at the airport waiting for someone to bring me my driver’s license so I can rent a car. I glanced at my little black Alice in Wonderland purse that I’ve been using all week and then headed out the door, got all the way down here, walked up to the car rental counter and oops- no license. I don’t know how I managed to put my credit cards back in my big purse but not my license.
On the plus side, I got a latte for half price because I waited so long. So I guess it all works out.
I’m still dumber than dirt. But I’ll be home soon and will be done traveling.
Three nights ago I emailed my editor the rest of How to Sex Your Snake. Woo-hoo. She already sent back line by line for the last three chapters. (She’s been editing as we go)
I’m celebrating by driving my youngest cross country to Seattle and their new apartment. It’ll be an early night tonight so I will download Scrivener for the ipad and get to work on the fixes. Next step is copies to my final readers so they can look at the formatting and make sure I got all the fixes in.
Gotta sign off and finish my wonton tacos before they get cold.
